Refund Policy

1. Free vs. Paid Services

Certain features on our platform are available free of charge. Premium memberships and add-on services are chargeable and subject to active subscription fees.

2. No Refund on Activated Memberships

Once a paid membership is activated or a paid service is used, the payment is non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Partially used membership durations
• Inactivity or non-usage of the platform
• Inability to find a match

3. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

If your membership is set to auto-renew, you may cancel it anytime before the renewal date. Cancellations processed after auto-renewal will not be eligible for refunds.

4. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be considered in extremely limited cases, such as duplicate transactions or payment errors. These must be reported within 24 hours of transaction.

To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, email us at info@nssmatrimony.com with:

• Your registered email or user ID
• Proof of payment
• Detailed reason for your refund request

Note: All refund requests are subject to review and approval by our support team. The decision of our support team is final.

5. Fraudulent Activity

Accounts found to be involved in fraud, spam, or abuse of platform guidelines will be terminated immediately. No refunds will be provided for suspended or terminated accounts.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting our support team first may result in immediate account suspension or appropriate legal action.
